On September 05, 2019, a Final Judgment of Foreclosure was entered in this action, pursuant to which a foreclosure sale was scheduled for October 7, 2019. 2. The foreclosure sale set for October 7, 2019 was canceled due to the loan of the property at the subject of this action being transferred to a new servicer and to allow additional time to calculate its desired bid for sale. 3. The review of the loan has been completed. 4. As such, Plaintiff requests to reschedule the foreclosure sale at this time. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully requests that the court reschedule the foreclosure sale in this action.
