Ladies and Gentlemen:
Reference is made to that certain Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of April 1, 2007
(the "PSA"), among Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation, as depositor, Nomura Credit &
Capital, Inc., as sponsor, GMAC Mortgage, LLC, as servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National
Association, as master servicer and securities administrator, and HSBC Bank USA, National
Association, as trustee (the "Trustee"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have
the meaning set forth in the PSA.
Please be advised we are in receipt of the notice attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Notice of
Breach"), which alleges that certain Mortgage Loans breached one or more representations or
warranties set forth in the PSA and the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement.
Pursuant to Section 2.03(c) of the PSA and the direction contained in the Notice of Breach, the
Trustee hereby gives notice of the Notice of Breach. In accordance with Section 2.03(c) of the
PSA, the Sponsor is to cure or otherwise address the alleged breaches referenced in the Notice of
Breach within 90 days from the date hereof.
Please note that the Trustee has not conducted any independent review of the facts asserted in the
Notice of Breach and makes no representations as to the accuracy of the information contained
therein.
Nothing herein is intended to, or shall, waive any term or provision of the PSA or any other
transaction document, or any rights of the Trustee thereunder, all of which are hereby fully
reserved.

to thatcertain Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated asof April 1, 2007 (the "PSA"), by and among
Nomura Asset Acceptance Corporation, as Depositor,Nomura Credit & Capital,Inc., as Sponsor, GMAC
Mortgage, LLC, as a Servicer,Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as SecuritiesAdministrator and Master Servicer
and HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined
herein shall have the meanings ascribed tosuch terms inthe PSA.
We hereby provide noticeto theTrustee that each ofthe Mortgage Loans referenced on Exhibit A
hereto (the "Subject Loans") breaches one or more of therepresentations and warranties regarding the
Mortgage Loans made by the Sponsor under the PSA and the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement and
each such breach, as more fullysetforth on Exhibit D hereto,materially and adversely affectsthe value of
the Subject Loan and theinteresttherein of theCertificateholders. Exhibit A identifies39.2Subject Loans
with an original principal balance of $110.537,536. Specific information regarding the nature of the
breaches is setforthin Exhibit B hereto (which is contained in theenclosed computer CD). Also included
herewith as a courtesy isExhibit C, a second computer CD containing materials relatedto the
aforementioned breaches.
Section 2.03(c) ofthe PSA expressly requires the Sponsor to repurchase the Subject Loans within
90 days afteritreceives noticethereof if thereferenced breaches are not cured within such 90-day period.
Section 2.03(c) of the PSA also obligatesthe Trustee to promptly notify theSponsor and the other parties
to thePSA of such breaches and request thatthe Sponsor eithercure such breaches or repurchase the
Subject Loans within the above-referenced timeframe. However, since each of the Subject Loans caused
at leastone breach that isnot susceptible to cure,the Sponsor must repurchase allof the Subject Loans
within 90 days ofreceiving notice thereof. We fullyexpect thatthe Trustee will comply with its
obligations under the PSA, including, without limitation,the obligationto promptly provide notice to the
Sponsor and to enforce the Sponsor's repurchase obligations under the PSA.
This letterisnot intended as a full
and complete statement of allrelevant factsand claims. This
lettershall not be construed as a waiver ofany of our rights,claims or defenses, allof which are expressly
reserved. Without in any way limiting the generalityof the foregoing, we reserve theright to identify
additional breaches of representations and warranties respecting the Subject Loans, and to identify other
Mortgage Loans with respect to which the Sponsor may have breached one or more of the representations
and warranties contained inthe transaction documents. Please note that thematerials included in the
