NO. 2218 RECEIVED NYSCEF: 08/04/2022 Loans thatare originated based on stated income wherein the borrower iscurrently in Chapter 13 bankruptcy and original stated income varies from stated income on bankruptcy statements * Loans that may have an indication of possible originations fraud on our servicing system * Value * Current Property Value decreased by 20% or greater from originalappraised value * Default * - FirstPayment Default Any loan wherein the borrower has not paid the firstpayment due on the loan * Damage * Any loan wherein the property inspections reflectthat the subject has damages that exceed $10,000. We acquired a total of 2590 loans inOctober from GMAC, of which 152 loansor 5.87% were 60+ days delinquent as of month end December. We reviewed the entire 60+ population for potential put back opportunities. Of the 152 delinquent loans, we identified59 or 39% that we feltwarranted further review by Nomura. I have attached our loan level findings along with our reviewers comments.
