            I also  wanted   to mention   that  when  we were  working   with  ocwen,  we  often  asked   questions  that  were  never
            answered.    For  instance,   when  they  gave  us  the purchase   price  data,   they always   provided   a full  month  of
            interest   (and  when  I asked  about   this  they  never  responded),   but  since  we  paid  for the  loans  mid-month,
            technically,    the trust   is not  entitled   to all  of  that  money.   How  do  we go  about  getting   back  money  that
            we  are entitled   to  from  the  trust?

            Nomura   today  repurchased   four  loans  from  the  referenced   trust.    As you  know,  the  Pooling   and  Servicing
            Agreement   requires   Nomura  to  provide  written   notice   to Wells  Fargo,   in its  capacity   as securities
            Administrator,    detailing   the  components   of  the Purchase   Price.    Such  notice  is  attached.
            If  there  are  other  individuals   at  wells  Fargo  who  should   be receiving   this  notice,   please  let  me know.    I
            will  send  the  original   to the  address   noted  in the  Pooling   and  servicing  Agreement.
