upon a complaiñt of the above-named plaintiffagainst the above-named defendants for the foreclosure of
a niertgage bearing date December 27, 2005 executed by GALO CARRERA A/K/A GALO E.
CARRERA A/K/A GALO E. CARRERA, JR. AND AMALIA CARRERA to MORTGAGE
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGEIT, INC. to
secure the sum of $312,000.00, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of RICHMOND on
February 10, 2006 in Land Doc Number 106685. Said mortgage was assigned to Plaintiff assignment
by
of mortgage duly executed on a date prior to the filing of the complaint. Said loan was modified by
agreement recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of RICHMOND on February 20, 2013 in
Land Doc Number 465272. Said loan was further modified by agrecmêñt recorded in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of RICHMOND on May 27, 2016 in Land Doc Number 605532. Said loan was
further modified. As evidence of the modification, a Loan Modification Agreement dated March 12, 2018
was executed.
