Amended Complaint, dated November 20, 2020, respectfully alleges upon information and belief
as follows:
1. Denies the allegations contained in the Cross-Claims of defendant/third-party defendant
ZUMBA’S BUILDERS, INC., and refers all questions of fact to the trier thereof and
questions of law to the trial court.
WHEREFORE, defendant, REGAL CONSTRUCTION CORP., demands judgment
dismissing the Cross-Claims interposed by defendant/third-party defendant, ZUMBA’S
BUILDERS, INC., and further demands apportionment of responsibility for the alleged
occurrence, together with costs, disbursements and attorneys’ fees.
