Defendant : MOTION TO QUASH SUBPOENA

Now comes the Wayne County Children Services Board, by and through the Assistant
Prosecuting Attorney, Jared C. Roberts, and moves this Court for an order quashing the subpoena
issued in the herein-titled action to the Children Services Board, insofar as the subpoena orders the
production of the agency’s case records.

As grounds for such an order, Children Services Board relies upon Ohio Revised Code,
Section 5153.17, and Ohio Revised Code, Section 2151.421, regarding the confidentiality of the
agency records.
