The purpose of this defendants' correspondence is to request an extension of time to complete the depositions. This request is respectfully made due to the fact that the undersigned tested positive for Covid on March 27, 2022, and ithas taken a full month to recover notwithstanding having been vaccinated twice and receiving a booster in November of 2021. It isrespectfully requested that the parties be allowed until May 27, 2022 to complete the outstanding depositions. We thank the Court in advance for itsattention to this matter.
