Corporation DBA CBS Television Stations will move this Court on submission in in the Motion
Submission Part, Room 130 of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of New York, at
60 Centre Street, New York, NY 10007 on 03/02/2018 at 9:30 A.M., or as soon thereafter as counsel
can be heard, for an order directing the entry of a judgment in favor of the plaintiff and against
Defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint on the ground that Defendant is in default and has
failed to answer or appear in the action. Plaintiff respectfully request that judgment be entered against
