        appearance         on    plaintiff's           attorney        within       twenty      days     after      the     service       of

        recover       damages        for    Damage      to    NYS    Property           ,  NYS    Thruway        Authority         as    a
        result       of   a  motor      vehicle        accident        occurring         on    or   about      April      22,    2020,
        for    the    principal         sum    of    $1,862.17,          with     accrued        interest        in   the     amount      of
        $479.92,        as   well     as    interest        from     November         8,   2022,      a   collection          fee
        pursuant        to   State      Finance        Law    Section       18    in    the    amount      of    $474.64,        plus     the
        costs      and    disbursements            of    this    action.


        PLEASE       TAKE     FURTHER       NOTICE       that,      in   case     of   your      failure       to    appear,
        judgment        will     be    entered       against       you     by   default        for    the    relief       demanded         in
        the    notice       set    forth      above,       together        with     interest,         costs,       disbursements
        and    fees     authorized          by    law.


        Plaintiff         designates          Albany       County      as    the    place      of   trial.        .The    basis      of
