collateral source and legal files relating to the following accidents/incidents:
a. Date of accident: 12/1/1993, Travelers Indemnity Company, Claim No.
032FJ1122662;
b. Date of accident: 03/23/2013, GEICO Insurance, Claim No.:
0189117850101069/Policy No. 2012442196;
c. 2002 motor vehicle accident with neck back injuries referenced in a 02/29/2016
medical report from Dr. Lattuga; and
d. Date of accident(s) March 4, 2011 and/or March 23, 2011 referenced in the
plaintiff records and testified to during plaintiff’s deposition.
