2. During the administration of the Estate of Barry Nadel, deceased, the law firm of
Leland, Parachini, Steinberg, Matzger & Melnick, LLP performed extraordinary legal services to
Paul Balas, the Administrator of the Estate, as follows:
(a) Services with regard to status of beneficiary Rhoda Nadel and her need for a
conservatorship.
(b) Review Nevada real property holdings and need for ancillary probate.

(d) Services in responding to objections of beneficiary Carmen Balas,
negotiation and preparation of settlement agreement.
(e) The actual amount of each of these extraordinary services, accrued at the
firm's regular hourly rates, is $12,542.50. A reasonable fee for these services is $12,542.50, as
follows:
(i) Services pertaining to Rhoda Nadel: $2,200.00.
(ii) Services pertaining to Nevada property: $1,437.50.
(iii) Services with regard to franchise tax: $330.00.
(iv) Services with regard to objections of Carmen Balas: $8,575.00.
3. The hours and rates of the firm's attorneys and the services performed are set forth
in the Exhibits attached hereto.
4. The services of Leland, Parachini, Steinberg, Matzger & Melnick provided
substantial benefit to the estate in obtaining the administrator's appointment, preserving assets and
identifying and marshaling estate assets.
