This office represents the County of Orange in this matter. This office has filed a
summary judgment motion in this matter, which motion is fully submitted. The respondent filed
a bankruptcy petition on August 3, 2021, which stayed the proceeding before this Court. This
Court set up a control date of December 1, 2021 for status.
The bankruptcy petition, and automatic stay of this proceeding, remain in place. I attach
an Order of Bankruptcy Judge Morris, which Order extends the stay until December 15, 2021.
Accordingly, the proceeding in this Court remains stayed.
