an excess/surplus line broker to produce, record, and maintain records including but not limited to:
the asset sale from Morstan General Agency, Inc. to Hull & Company of New York, Inc.; and all
the contracts between Hull & Company of New York, Inc. and Atlantic Casualty Insurance
Company relating to business conducted in New York State for the years 2016, 2017, and 2018.

That all business and excuses being laid aside, you and each of you appear and attend before a
notary public at Sherry Morris, 15 July Walk, Long Beach, County of Nassau, New York 11561,
on the 17th day of June, 2021 at 10:00 o'clock, in the forenoon, and at any recessed or adjourned
date to give testimony in this action on the part of the defendant and that you bring with you, and
produce at the time and place aforesaid records of the asset sale from Morstan General Agency, Inc.
to Hull & Company of New York, Inc.; and all the contracts between Hull & Company of New
York, Inc. and Atlantic Casualty Insurance Company relating to business conducted in New York
State for the years 2016, 2017, and 2018
now in your custody, and all other evidences and writings, which you have in your custody or
power, concerning the above referenced case.
In lieu of the appearance above, you may mail the requested documents to the
undersigned's office address and not the address for physical appearance.
Failure to comply with this subpoena is punishable as a contempt of Court and shall make
you liable to the person on whose behalf this subpoena was issued for a penalty not to exceed fifty
dollars and all damages sustained by reason of your failure to comply.
