subpoena is invalid as it was served on the wrong entity. Notwithstanding the objection, Hull &
Company of NY, Inc., dba Morstan General Agency, Inc., agreed to voluntarily produce the
records. After an initial search, followed by communications with your office, we produced an
initial set of responsive documents. Later, after clarification from your office, we conducted
another search which resulted in some additional documents which may be responsive and which
we are now producing.
