I am a partner of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP (“KDW”), located at 101 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10178. KDW is counsel for Defendant/Counterclaim-Plaintiff Take- Two Interactive Software, Inc. (“Take-Two”). 2. This Affirmation is submitted in support of the present stipulation to have Cameron R. Argetsinger admitted pro hac vice in this action. 3. Cameron R. Argetsinger is an associate at KDW, and works in its Washington, D.C. office, located at 3050 K Street, N.W., Suite 400, Washington, D.C. 20007. He is admitted to and is a member in good standing of the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Bar of the District of Columbia. He has not been disciplined by the courts of Virginia, the District of Columbia, or any other court. His affidavit is submitted herewith. 4. Cameron R. Argetsinger is familiar with the facts and issues raised in this case.
