NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the commencement and pendency of the above entitled action
to foreclose on the following property, situated within Richmond County:
1. To foreclose the following mortgage covering the premises hereinafter described, to wit:
Mortgage made by Avi Foox to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
E-Loan, Inc., its successors and assigns, in the amount of $81,000.00, dated September 21, 2005
and recorded in the Richmond County Clerk's Office on December 21, 2005 as Land Document
No. 93407. Said Mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.,
as nominee for E-Loan, Inc., its successors and assigns, to E*Trade Bank by Assignment of
Mortgage dated July 20, 2011 and recorded in the Richmond County Clerk's Office on August
1, 2011 as Land Document No. 389841. Said Mortgage was further assigned from E*Trade
Bank to Gulf Harbour Investments Corporation by Assignment of Mortgage dated February 28,
2019 and recorded in the Richmond County Clerk's Office on March 20, 2019 as Land
Document No. 733300.
2. To recover possession of the property described in Schedule “A” attached hereto.
