The attorney for the defendants (collectively, the “City”) informed the court and counsel in writing that
given these circumstances, the City does not object to a temporary stay of this action.
Given the above, it is hereby:
ORDERED that this action is stayed until November 14, 2022; and it is further
ORDERED that on or before November 14, 2022, plaintiff must inform the court and counsel as to
