Ms. Roth further represents that plaintiff is currently incarcerated at Rikers Island. On behalf of her former client, Ms. Roth requests a stay of this action for 60 days. The attorney for the defendants (collectively, the “City”) informed the court and counsel in writing that given these circumstances, the City does not object to a temporary stay of this action.
