Flatbush Brooklyn, NY. I was a passenger in a motor vehicle with New York plate

number 44436BB. I saw this plate at the scene. I gave this plate number to the police. The
motor vehicle owned MVP IMPERIAL CORP. and the bus driven by defendant ONEIL A.
