This office represents Plaintiff, Emma Greenwood ("Greenwood"), in regard
to the above-referenced matter.
The parties are in receipt of the Court Notice (the "Notice") dated November
9, 2022, which adjourned the continuation of the inquest until November 18, 2022.
However, the November 18, 2022 date poses a scheduling conflict for our office and
our client. As such, we contacted counsel for Defendants and requested an
adjournment, but we have not received a response, other than the Defendants are
away the firstweek of December. Respectfully, we request that this matter be
adjourned until the week of December 12, 2022 so that all parties are able to appear.
