COMES NOW, KATTIA PRADO AHCHU, ("Plaintiff"), complaining of HILTON
HOTELS CORPORATION d/b/a HILTON LOS CABOS BEACH AND GOLF RESORT,
(‘Defendant’), and forcomplaint and cause of action would respectfully show unto the Court
and jury the following:

Plaintiff is a resident of Denton County, Texas; Defendant is a Delaware corporation
doing business in the State of Texas and has been served through its registered agent for
