                                           -against-

                  COLUMBUS TURNSTYLE, LLC,

                                                              Defendant.


                           WHEREAS, the Court scheduled a Status Conference on November 3, 2022;

                           WHEREAS, plaintiff Oxford Property Group, LLC (“Plaintiff’) and Columbus Turnstyle,

                  LLC (“Defendant”, collectively with Plaintiff, the “Parties”) have settled this action and have a

                  fully executed settlement agreement (the “Agreement”), and therefore wish to stay this action and

                  adjourn the Status Conference with the hope that no further Court intervention will be necessary;

                           WHEREAS, the Agreement shall be fully performed on or before April 13, 2023;

                           NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between

                  the undersigned counsel for the parties, as follows:

                           1.       Further proceeding in this action are stayed through and including April 13, 2023.

                           2.       Upon    full performance      of  the  Agreement,     the  Parties  will  file a  Stipulation    of

                  Discontinuance.

                           3.       The Status Conference shall be adjourned until April 20, 2023.

                           4.       This  stipulation   may be    executed    in counterparts,    and  facsimile   or  electronically

                  applied signatures shall be deemed originals for purposes of this stipulation.
