DEBT BUYER PLAINTIFF (Debt Buyer Actions)
The undersigned, being duly sworn, deposes and say:
1. I am an authorized representative of Cavalry SPV I, LLC, ("Plaintiff") and I have access to
Plaintiff'sbooks and records("Business Records"), including electronics records, relating tothe account
("Account") of Josh G Juchem. The lastfour digits ofthe Account number are 3070. In my position,I
also have personal knowledge of Plaintiff'sprocedures for creating and mairdaining itsBusiness Records,
including itsprocedures relating tothe purchase and assignment of consumer credit accounts. Plaintiff's
Business Records were made in the regular course of business and it was the regular course of such
business to make the Business Records. The Business Records were made at or near the time of the
events recorded. Based on my knowledgc of Plaintiff'sRecords, I have personal knowledge of the facts
setforth in thisaffidavit.
2. On May 17, 2019, Plaintiff purchased or was assigned the Account from Citibank, N.A. (the
"Purchase"). At thattime, Citibank, N.A. assigned allof itsinterest inthe Account, including the rightto
any proceeds from the Account, to Plaintiff. As part of the Purchase, Business Records relating to
Account were transferred to Plaintiff. Following the Purchase, those Büsiness Records were maintained
in theordinary course of Plaintiff'sBusiness.
3. The complete chain of with
title, the dateof each sale or assignment of the Account, isas follows:

4. As ofDecember 16,2019, Defendant owes $4,532.56 on the Account. This amount includes the
charge-off balance of $4,584.12, post-charge-off interest of $0.00, and post-charge-off feesand charges of
$0.00, lesspost-charge-off creditsor payments made by or on behalf of Defendant of $51.56.
WHEREFORE, depnnent demands judgewt against Defendant for $4,532.56, together with the costs and
disbursements of thisaction.
