STELLA STOLPER, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. I am the Plaintiff in the above-captioned action.
2. I have personal knowledge of the facts set forth herein, except for those which are
set forth upon information and belief.
3. I submit this Affidavit in compliance with the Interim Order dated October 24, 2022
requiring Plaintiff to "submit an affidavit certifying that the submitted record is the actual phone
record (NYSCEF Doc. No. 219) and describing the retrieval process, and if not the phone reconi,
record."
submitting the actual phone record in the same manner if possible as Mr. Russo's phone
4. I hereby affirm that the previously-submitted record is the actual phone record. I
have been informed that my assistant exported and downloaded these records after logging in to
my account on the T-Mobile website. For the avoidance of doubt, attached hereto as Exhibit 1 are
the same phone records (for the deposition on January 7, 2022 from 7:08 am PST to 1:12 am PST,
