Dear Mr. Kruzhkov:
Our firm serves as litigation counsel to . In that capacity I have received a copy of
your letter of January 3, 2018 to Jonathan Neuman, Esq.
I think that it would be helpful for you and your client to know that the decision of to
terminate Stella Bulochnikov in no way involved Zarina Burbacki. did not solicit, nor
did she receive advice from Ms. Burbacki as to whether she should terminate Ms. Bulochnikov
as her manager. ’s decision was one she reached after careful consideration of
numerous factors involving aspects of her personal and professional life and based upon her own
decisions about her life and career chose to terminate your client.
I note parenthetically that at about the same time also chose to terminate Ms.
Burbacki and while grateful for the service she provided also determined for personal and
professional reasons she no longer wished her to be part of her team.
I hope that this will clarify for you an issue you need to be familiar with before you file any
action asserting that Ms. Burbacki induced to terminate your client, or in any way
interfered with Ms. Bulochnikov’s business relations with . She did not.
