KEATING & WALKER ATTORNEY SERVICE, INC,, at 116 Nassau Street, Suite 816, New
York, New York 10038, is over the age of eighteen years and is not a party to the action.
That on the 1st day of June, 2018, at approximately 8:45 a.m., deponent served a true

copy of the Summons (endorsed with the index number and date of filing); Verified
Complaint; Notice of Electronic Filing upon Yonatan Shimrony at 21 West End Avenue,
Suite 3608, New York, New York 10023, by personally delivering and leaving the same with
Zack "Doe", doorman and a person of suitable age and discretion at that address, the actual
place of residence of the defendant. At the time of service I asked the doorman to call the
Burbacki/Shimrony apartment. He called and advised that there was a process server in the
lobby with a summons to deliver to both Zarina and Yonatan. Zarina Burbacki was home but
refused to accept service. As such I left the documents with the doorman in hte lobby of the
building the point at which my progress was arrested.

Zack is a white male, approximately 25-30 years of age, is approximately 5 feet
and 8-11 inches tall, weighs approximately 131-160 pounds, has short brown hair (with a beard
and moustache) and light eyes.
