Third-Party Summons;
WHEREAS, counsel agreed on the record that Defendant would filea Third Party Summons,
and the panies would enter into a stipulation making such summons scErcactive to the date of the filing
of the Verified Answer, Counterclaims and Third Party Claims and counsel further agreed that the
previously filedReply by Mr. Perez would be considered a timely response to the Verified Answer,
