            appearance         on   plaintiff's          attorney        within      twenty      days    after      the    service       of
            this     summons,       exclusive         of   the    day    of   service,       or    within      thirty      days     after
            service       is   complete        if   this     summons       is   not   personally          delivered        to   you
            within      the    State     of.New       York.


            TAKE    NOTICE       that    the    nature       of   this    action       and    the    relief      sought      is   to
            recover       damages       for    Breach      of   Contract-Green            Jobs-Green         NY   Loan     Program         ,
            NYSERDA,        for.the      principal         sum    of   $4,469.75,         with     accrued       interest       in    the
            amount      of   $430.30,        as   well     as   interest        from    November        3,   2022,      a  collection
            fee    pursuant       to    State     Finance       Law    Section       18   in   the    amount      of    $767.33,       plus
            the    costs     and    disbursements            of   this     action.


            PLEASE      TAKE     FURTHER       NOTICE      that,     in    case    of   your     failure       to   appear,
            judgment       will     be    entered      against       you    by   default       for    the    relief      demanded        in
            the    notice      set    forth     above,       together       with     interest,        costs,      disbursements
            and    fees     authorized         by   law.
