ORDER 421277 DOCKET NO: UWYCV215028294S SUPERIOR COURT BURTON,NANCY JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF WATERBURY V. AT WATERBURY MASON,DAVID PHILIP 11/8/2022 ORDER ORDER REGARDING: 10/07/2022 370.00 MOTION FOR ORDER OF COMPLIANCE – PB SEC 13-14 (INTERR/PROD – 13-6/13-9) The foregoing, having been considered by the Court, is hereby: ORDER: The discovery objections are waived having not been timely filed with the court. With respect to the claimed inadequacy of the responses, at first glance it is clear that some of the responses are not compliant. Therefore, the parties are ordered to discuss, separately, the response to each request, in an effort to resolve the issues. Such good faith conference must take place on or before 12/8/22 and must be face to face, either in person or through a remote platform. The plaintiff must then file new responses, under oath, within 30 days of that conference. The movant must then file a new motion, listing separately any responses that they claim are insufficient, and also reciting each interrogatories or production request. The court will not entertain a wholesale claim that the overall responses are inadequate, but will address each request and response separately. Judicial Notice (JDNO) was sent regarding this order. 421277 Judge: BARBARA N BELLIS This document may be signed or verified electronically and has the same validity and status as a document with a physical (pen-to-paper) signature.
