8. A statement as to any anticipated scheduling problems other than those involving
witnesses, which must be set forth as required in paragraph 3.
The Defendant Mezarina-Rojas will be out of country in November. While video
testimony is scheduled for 10/25/16, the Defendant would prefer to be directly involved in the
case brought against her.
The video testimony of Mezarina-Rojas was set based on the 10/27 Trial Date set for
this case which was apparently unilaterally changed by the Court for to 10/25/16
Additionally the defendant counsel has an out of state expert deposition scheduled for
10/28/16 with a limited window of availability.
