1. 1 am over the age of eighteen (18) and believe in the obligation of an oath.

2. To my personal knowledge and belief, the defendant, Egerton Anthony
Facey is not now, nor within thirty (30) days of the date hereof, have been in the military
service of the United States.

3. | base this affidavit upon accessing the Department of Defense Manpower

Data Center and searching for the defendant, Egerton Anthony Facey using his social

Reporting System (DEERS) database which is the official source of data on eligibility for military medical care and other eligibility systems,

The DoD strongly supports the enforcement of the Servicemembers Civil Reliof Act (50 USC App. § 501 et seq, as amended) (SCRA) (formerly known as
the Soldiers! and Sailors’ Civil Relief Act of 1940). DMDC has issued hundrads of thousands of "does not possess any information Indicating thal the

Title 32 periods of Active Duty are not covered by SCRA, as definad in accordance with 10 USC § 101(¢)(4).
