Thank you for the time in Vegas. Congrats on the progress. I think the phased approach makes
sense.
As discussed, I would be interested in reviewing the fund raising documents. While i dont
think it would make sense for us to do the entire round, i could see doing a significant
piece if you were comfortable. I agree that you will need to find capital sources that you
can return to in the next round. As discussed, if you change your mind and begin to think
about a bigger more strategic deal or a sale, please call me. I would hate to wake up and see
a headline when we weren't given a chance.
