In response to item 3 of Cresco's "outstanding requests" from Mr. Hipp's email of February 18, 2020, we provide the
following representation:
Mr. Sirota's role as an officer of Fiorello ended effective November 28, 2019. Since then, Fiorello Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
has not had executive officers.
The current members of Fiorello's Board of Directors are:
1. Benjamin Kovler
2. Anthony Georgiadis
3. Wendy Berger
4. Glen Senk
5. Wes Moore
6. Eric Sirota
7. Susan Yoss
With regard to your request that we provide "any documents concerning Mr. Sirota's termination." Any such documents
would have no relevance to this litigation beyond establishing the date on which Mr. Sirota's position as Fiorello co-CEO
ended.
