COURT NOTICE
The action has been marked stayed due to the bankruptcy filing and will continue stayed
until the automatic stay in the Bankruptcy Court is lifted. As a result, the pending motions
cannot be addressed.
Mr. Worms' assertion in his letter dated June 29, 2022, that Mr. Bonneville's "client is no
longer a defendant in this action" is incorrect as a matter of fact and law.
The Court will assign a bankruptcy status or appear date in late October. No appearance is
required if the bankruptcy proceeding is ongoing and Plaintiff's counsel submits a letter
advising the Court of that fact prior to the scheduled date. Similarly, Plaintiff's counsel shall
apprise the Court if the automatic stay is lifted prior to the scheduled date, so the Court
may reschedule the date if necessary.
