PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that defendants CSK AUTO, INC., DILLINGHAM
CONSTRUCTION, N.A., INC. and JOHNSON CONTROLS, INC. hereby join in the Notice of
Motion and Motion for Protective Order Re: Plaintiff's Deposition, filed by Defendant THE
WILLIAM POWELL COMPANY (“WPC”) in the above-captioned matter and set to be heard on
May 11, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in Department 610 of the above entitled court, located at 400

McAllister Street, San Francisco, California. In its Motion, WPC seeks a minimum of an
