That Judgment may enter in favor of the Plaintiff against the Defendant, James Bradley,
as follows:
Damages (as of 3/19/15): $7,448.79
Costs: $425.80
That Defendant, James Bradley, will make payments each month in the amount of
$140.00, commencing three (3) weeks from the date of judgment, and continuing each month
thereafter until said Judgment is paid in full.
The Defendant, James Bradley, further acknowledges and agrees that said payments
shall be applied to the damages awarded herein and that such payments are separate and
apart from his current monthly utility charges which shall remain due and owing, notwithstanding
the within and foregoing judgment and stipulation.
That post-judgment interest shall accrue at the rate of 10% per annum pursuant to Conn,
Gen. Stat. §37-3a.
