orders for exclusive occupancy and use of the marital residence.
Upon consideration thereof, and for good cause shown, it is hereby ordered that the
Defendant be restrained from annoying or harassing the Plaintiff, from incurring any debt in
the names of the parties and from encumbering or disposing of any assets in which the parties
have any interest.
The Court further orders that each party shall have the exclusive use and occupancy of
their current residences, to wit husband shall have the exclusive use and occupancy of his
premarital home, located at 2652 Moser Rd. to the exclusion of the Defendant. Defendant
shall also have the exclusive use and occupancy of the current apartment she is living in in
Dalton, exclusive of the use and occupancy by Defendant herein.
