Counsel as above noted and the plaintiff are present in open court. The twelve jurors assemble outside the courtroom and the bailiff escorts each of them to the deliberation room. The court reporter reads back the agreed upon trial testimony of Dr. Light relating to the cost of surgery as requested in juror note no. 1 received June 1, 2011 10:22am The bailiff delivers written juror request no. 2. Past Medical Expenses $ 51,833.83 b. Future Medical Expenses $200,000.00 c. Past Lost Earnings $ 17,401.60 d. Non-Economic losses including physical pain, impairment, inconvenience, grief, anxiety and emotional distress $750,000.00 Total: $1,019,235.43 The Special Verdict form is signed and dated by the Presiding Juror, John Greenwood.
