Thykeson and Bobbi Ann McDowell a/k/a Bobbi A. McDowell, made, executed and delivered a Mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans which Mortgage is recordéd in the Office of the Recorder of Delaware County as Instrument Number 2019020165 (“the Mortgage”), the Mortgage is incorporated herein by reference pursuant to Pa.R.C.P. 1019(g). 5.
