I am waiting on dates for the defendant depositions, but I anticipate we will have defendant depositions scheduled soon. Beyond that,I am reserving my rightto depose non-parties, but will make thatdecision following defendant depositions. Ianticipate we will have alldepositions concluded by the end of January 2022.
