PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 59 of the Lien Law, you are hereby
required to commence an action on or before the 4th day ofJanuary.2021, to enforce the lien
filed by you in the Offrce of the Clerk of Queens County, on May 2,2079, in the sum of seven
hundred thousand and 00/100 dollars ($700,000.00) against wilmington savings Fund society,
FSB, as Trustee for Stanwich Mortgage Loan Trust A, as the owner of the premises for which
work was allegedly done, and against the Abigail Hunte Estate, by whom the lienor was
allegedly employed and for whom the work was allegedly done, and affecting the premises
located in the city of New York, county ofQueens, state ofNew York and described as follows:
Block 12905, Lot 71, also known as 13066 228th Street, Laurelton, New York 11413; or in the
event ofyour failure to commence such action that you appear at an IAS Part of this Court to be
held at the courthouse thereof, located at 88-11 Sutphin Blvd., Jamaica, New York 11435, on the
4th day of January. 2021 at 9:30 in the forenoon of that day or as soon thereafter as counsel can
be heard, and show cause why an order should not be made vacating and cancelling said Notice
of Lien of record.
