COMES NOW, counsel Evan E. Conroy of Conroy Law, PLLC, and respectfully notifies,
pursuant to Georgia Uniform Superior Court Rule 16.1, all the judges before whom an action is pending
and all opposing counsel that he will be on leave. A list of the actions to be protected, including action
numbers, are included on the attached Exhibit “A”
The period of leave during which time Applicant will be away from the practice of law is:
November 11; November 14 – November 17 (Child Care)
November 23 – November 25 (Family Vacation)
December 21 – 23; December 26 – December 27 (Family Vacation)
All affected judges, pro se defendants and opposing counsel shall have ten (10) days from the date of this
Notice to object to it. If no objections are filled, the leave shall be granted.
