ORDER AFTER HEARING

This matter came on for hearing on August 27, 2014. Dominic Campisi appeared for
Miles Jeffrey Qvale (“Jeff”). Benjamin Berkowitz and Abhishek Bajoria appeared for Petitioner
and Respondent Bruce H. Qvale (“Bruce”) and Laura Hiura. Edward A. Koplowitz appeared for
Christopher Qvale. Monica Dell’Osso appeared as Guardian ad Litem for Miles Colin Qvale and
Max Keaton Qvale.

The Court ordered the parties to submit proposed orders no later than September 4,
2014 regarding Jeff's motion to remove or suspend co-trustees.

The Court further orders the party to submit a separate proposed order setting forth all
the proposed duties and powers of any special trustee or protector trustee should the Court
decide that the appointment of such a special trustee is warranted.

The parties may also file (if they choose) any additional briefing on the issue of a special

trustee as an alternative remedy to suspension and/or removal of the co-trustees.
