COUNT 5: POSSESSION OF HEROIN (>50 unit doses <100 unit doses) F3;
COUNT 6: POSSESSION OF COCAINE (<5 grams-other than crack) F5.
The defendant's first hearing in this case is scheduled before this Court on JULY
30, 2013.
This is a continuing order and shall have continuing effect until
the termination of all proceedings in this case. At the conclusion of this
