liquidation and that as a result, pursuant to TEX. INS. CODE § 462.309, this proceeding is will be
automatically stayed from December 30, 2020 until June 30, 2021. Effective December 30, 2020,
this case is therefore stayed as to all parties and for all purposes and cannot proceed to disposition
on the merits at this time.
It is, therefore, ORDERED that the clerk of the Court shall remove this case om the active
docket ofpending cases assigned to this Court until June 30, 2021, at which time the case shall be
reinstated to the Court’s docket of active pending cases.
