I, JAMES J. MURPHY, declare:

1. I am an attorney licensed to practice in all of the courts of the State of California.

2. This office represents Plaintiff in an action resulting from auto collision.

3. Plaintiff was operating her vehicle at the time of the collision.

4. Thave been in contact with Defendant's insurance carrier and liability is not an issue
with regard to this incident.

5. This Office came into this case only shortly before the statute expired. I have
contacted the Defendant(s) regarding insurance coverage and we hope to settle this matter
without any burden on the Courts.

6. For the reasons noted above this office has refrained from serving Defendants.
