Petitioner and Plaintiff San Diego County Water Authority (the “Water Authority”),
Respondent and Defendant Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (“Metropolitan”),
and the Metropolitan Member Agencies that have appeared in the above-named actions,!
(collectively, the “Parties”), by and through their respective counsel, hereby submit the following
stipulation and proposed order.
WHEREAS, On March 19, 2021, the Court scheduled a Case Management Conference
(“CMC”) in the above-captioned action for April 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.;
WHEREAS, Lead Counsel for Metropolitan is currently in trial that will last at least
through this week, and as a result, is unable to attend the previously scheduled CMC;
WHEREAS, the Parties agree to continue the CMC from April 15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.,, to
April 22, 2021; at 2:00 p.m.; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties agree and jointly request that the Court formally
calendar a CMC on April 22, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., and vacate the CMC currently schedule for April
15, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.
