FACTS
Plaintiff's counsel assertions submitted to date are false. The
counsel has never served or mailed any documents to any of my addresses
INCLUDING A COPY OF THE PROPOSED ORDER. I came across the proposed order on
the court’s website TODAY 01/28/2016 at 8:30 AM. In fact the moving papers
that plaintiff has filed with court on 01/19/2016 at the hearing were also
false. I have never admitted to any of Plaintiff's attempts to extort
[Pleading Title] - 1monitory relief, The final papers plaintiff presented to court on 1/19/20216,
order for deemed admission and for sanction thereon were fabricated
Specifically, for the court and the hearing on 01/19/2016. I have never had
any dealing with plaintiff. I do not owe plaintiff a cent. Plaintiff's
counsel continuously is diverting the truth, resorting to misleading legal
ways to advance and gain an upper position. Plaintiff has to date to provide
a shred of A TRUTHFUL evidence to show proof to justify the lawsuit.
Plaintiff has failed to proof ownership of this debt, which supposedly is in
my name and my signature. The document plaintiff refers to WAS a contractual
agreement that I signed in 2009 with another company, which has nothing to do
with plaintiff. This company filed bankruptcy in mid 2013. Therefore,
applying CCP 2033.280 and pressing for documents, deemed admissions asking
the court for sanction and judgment is baseless and only an unwarranted
assumption.
CONCLUSION
I pray the court dismiss plaintiff’s entire complaint and reject’s the
proposed order for entry of Judgment.
T am not an Attorney. I am single 61 years old women self employed, in the
Bay Area for over 35 years. I have to represent myself without a lawyer
because I can't afford and justify the expense. I fully rely on the honorable
judge SUZANNE R. BOLANOS in court to apply the correct law and reach the
right conclusions.
