conducting the trustee’s sale, NBS DEFAULT SERVICES, LLC, has no opposition to the order
hereinafter made. Therefore,
IT IS ORDERED that the above named Defendants, and each of
them, appear in Department 501 of the above-entitled Court located at 400 McAllister Street, San
Francisco, CA, then and there to show cause, if any they have, why they and their agents
employees, representatives and attorneys, and all persons acting in concert or participating with
them, should not be enjoined and restrained during the pendency of this action from engaging in,
or performing, directly or indirectly, any sale or auction of Plaintiffs’ residential real property
located at 2468 Cabrillo Street, San Francisco, CA 94121;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pending the hearing or determination of
the order to show cause, the Defendants herein, and each of them, their agents, employees,
representatives and attorneys, and all persons acting in concert or participating with them, are
hereby enjoined and restrained from engaging in or performing, directly or indirectly, any sale or
auction of Plaintiffs’ residential real property located at 2468 Cabrillo Street, San Francisco, CA
94121, whether directly or indirectly.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing on the temporary restraining
order and presliminary injunction shall take place on Vu > 2015 in Dept. $01 of
