NOTICE OF HEARING FOR TEMPORARY ORDERS
The clerk shall issue notice to Respondent, JEFFREY LEE GARRETT, to appear in
person, before this Court in the courthouse at 301 North Main, Suite 217, Conroe, Texas on
10-27-22
at 9A_M. Petitioner is DEBRA KAY GARRETT.
One of the purposes of the hearing is to determine whether the temporary injunction prayed
for should be granted to enjoin Respondent from the following:
a.
Violating any and all acts set forth in the First Amended Montgomery County
Standing Order Regarding Children, Pets, Property and the Conduct of the Parties,
which Standing Order is attached to this Original Petition for Divorce;
Excluding Petitioner from the use and enjoyment of the residence located at 11376
Majestic Drive, Montgomery, Texas 77316, together with all household furniture,
furnishings, fixtures, goods, art objects, collectibles, appliances, equipment,
Petitioner’s clothing, Petitioner’s jewelry, and all other personal effects belonging
to Petitioner and/or in the possession of Petitioner;
Entering, operating, or exercising control over the 2022 Cadillac XT6 motor
vehicle in the possession of Petitioner.
Terminating or in any manner affecting the service of water, electricity, gas,
telephone, cable television, or other contractual services, such as security, pest
control, landscaping, or yard and/or pool maintenance, at 11376 Majestic Drive,
Montgomery, Texas 77316 or in any manner attempting to withdraw any deposits
for service in connection with those services;
Destroying, deleting, altering, taking down or changing in any manner any of the
following in the name of JEFFREY LEE GARRETT, and/or Chevron Phillips
Chemical Company and utilized by JEFFREY LEE GARRETT, including but not
limited to any of the following: Linkedin, Facebook, Myspace, Twitter, Snapchat,
Instagram, e-mail account(s), including but not limited to om
and ¢ om.com, cell phone records (including text messages) and/or any
other like or similar electronic data and/or media accounts.

Page 1 of 2Destroying, disposing of, or altering any e-mail, text message and/or other
electronic data relevant to any subject matters of this case, whether stored on a hard
drive, flash drive, diskette, cloud storage, computer, cell phone and/or any other
type of electronic storage device and/or cloud based system; including but not
limited to any system utilized by Respondent through his employment at Chevron
Phillips Chemical Company;
Another purpose of this hearing is to determine whether, while this case is pending, the
Court should make temporary orders, as necessary and equitable, on the following matters:

Awarding Petitioner the exclusive use and possession of the residence located at
11376 Majestic Drive, Montgomery, Texas 77316 as well as the furniture,
furnishings, and other personal property at that residence, while this case is
pending, and enjoining Respondent from entering or remaining on the premises of
the residence and exercising possession or control of any of this personal property,
except as authorized by order of this Court.
Awarding Petitioner exclusive use and control of the 2022 Cadillac XT6 motor
vehicle and enjoining Respondent from entering, operating, or exercising control
over it.
Ordering Respondent to pay reasonable interim attorney's fees and expenses,
including but not limited to fees for appraisals, forensic experts and other experts.
Ordering Respondent to make payments for the support of Petitioner until a final
decree is signed, and ordering Respondent to make payments to Petitioner for the
payment of community debts and liabilities and/or to order the specific community
debts and liabilities to be paid by Petitioner and/or Respondent until a final decree
is signed.
Ordering that Petitioner and Respondent shall each be enjoined from violating any
and all acts set forth in the First Amended Montgomery County Standing Order
Regarding Children, Pets, Property and the Conduct of the Parties, which Standing
Order is attached to the Original Petition for Divorce filed by Petitioner and ordering
that such First Amended Montgomery County Standing Order shall remain in full
force and effect until the Court signs a final decree of divorce in this case.
